Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Expertise in configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, including form and field management, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, and flows with Flow Designer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem Management, Demand, and PPM
- Experience with integrations via REST API, Transform Maps, and CMDB configuration and development
- Proficiency in SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, and application lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams
- Ability to utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Playwright to enhance productivity and automation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules, including specialized areas like Service , Workspaces, and Troubleshooting ACLs
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (ATF) and version control tools (VersionOne, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI-driven development and automation practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- More than 4 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience, with increased expertise for senior roles
