Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale web modernization and digital transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will focus on driving stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication strategies, training coordination, and user adoption efforts related to new web governance standards, website lifecycle management processes, accessibility initiatives, and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate brings experience supporting enterprise change initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and technology adoption programs within higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support organizational change management activities for enterprise web modernization and governance initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness plans.
- Coordinate organizational readiness activities related to new governance processes, intake workflows, and operational models.
- Develop and maintain communications materials, presentations, FAQs, job aids, process documentation, and end-user guidance.
- Partner with project managers, technical teams, communications professionals, and business stakeholders to support successful implementation and adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder outreach and engagement activities across cross-functional teams and distributed departments.
- Coordinate training logistics, adoption support activities, and user enablement initiatives.
- Track stakeholder concerns, adoption risks, and change impacts while helping identify mitigation strategies.
- Support governance documentation, meeting coordination, and operational readiness activities.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts related to digital services, accessibility standards, and enterprise web governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, Public Relations, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, project coordination, training support, technology adoption, or related functions.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or operational process changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing training materials, stakeholder communications, process documentation, and user support resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives within higher education, government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with web governance, website modernization, digital experience platforms, accessibility initiatives, or enterprise content management processes.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow workflows, intake processes, knowledge base documentation, or operational governance programs.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide communications and user adoption strategies for technology modernization initiatives.
