Position Description:
Seeking a highly skilled Facility and Infrastructure Program Analyst to support FSRM Policy Analysis Support Services. This role involves developing and maintaining programmatic documentation, providing expert analysis of facility project requirements, and supporting the review and coordination of approval packages and congressional notifications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with high-level stakeholders across the Department of the Air Force and DoD agencies, leveraging data analytics and process improvement methodologies to enhance program efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing complex projects, preparing briefing materials, and contributing to policy development, ensuring alignment with enterprise and statutory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with a background in DoD or Air Force facilities engineering and program management to make a significant impact in a dynamic government environment.
Required Skills/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facility and infrastructure requirements, processes, and program management, ideally within Air Force or DoD staff functions (HAF, MAJCOM, AFCEC, AFIMSC)
- Strong understanding of facility planning, programming, and policy application
- Experience with modeling, simulation tools, and process reengineering principles
- Ability to analyze, develop, and coordinate complex approval packages and policy documentation
