Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages multiple sections within the strategic planning function.
- Drives success of large initiatives impacting multiple areas of the organization.
- Influences job family strategy and contributes to corporate objectives.
- Oversees development of integrated strategic plans and forecasts.
- Ensures alignment of planning activities with organizational priorities.
- Provides guidance on resource allocation for strategic initiatives.
- Represents planning function in executive-level discussions.
- Leads continuous improvement efforts across planning processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Typically requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Typically requires 10 years of related experience.
