STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for strengthening relationships through marketing initiatives and strategic account management. The position combines market research, marketing analytics, business intelligence, with corporate sales and partnership management to support Senior PsychCare's expansion and facility retention. The position works as a liaison of information to support marketing, sales, and strategic account management functions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Sales
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within behavioral health and long-term care.
- Analyze Google Analytics, SEO, and market and campaign data to design targeted marketing campaigns and collateral that generate awareness, support lead generation, and strengthen facility and corporate relationships.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret facility and corporate partner data to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and organization growth objectives.
Corporate Partnerships
- Maintain corporate facility business intelligence by monitoring acquisitions, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for corporate partners, highlighting outcomes, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities
- Identifying, targeting, and securing master service agreements (MSAs) with nursing home groups and healthcare organizations.
- Develop systems to provide regular business intelligence reports to leadership, field operations and sales teams.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate partners/facilities, internal leadership, and field operations teams to support seamless service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and marketing/email campaign platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visualizations
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or healthcare partnerships required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to be able to shift between marketing execution, corporate partner management, and business intelligence projects depending on departmental needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
