ServiceTitan Project Manager Expert

Position Summary

Semper Fi Heating and Cooling is seeking a highly specialized, elite Project Manager ServiceTitan Software Expert to spearhead our enterprise-level software deployment, multi-location integration, and continuous system optimization. The primary focus of this role is to drive the strategic deployment and scaling of ServiceTitan across the business, with an immediate emphasis on launching new business units, implementing ServiceTitan Pro modules, and architecting data via ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub.

This is a 100% in-office position based at our corporate office. The ideal candidate is a dedicated ServiceTitan subject matter expert with a proven track record of launching the platform from scratch in business environments. General project management framework knowledge (PMP-aligned) and home services operational experience are highly valued but serve as supporting skill sets to deep, technical platform mastery. This individual must be comfortable collaborating directly with onsite teams, translating business operational needs into custom ServiceTitan configurations, and serving as the ultimate system architect.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceTitan Core Launches & Deployments

• System Launches: Lead the end-to-end strategy, configuration, and execution of full-scale ServiceTitan platform launches across new business lines and acquisitions.
• Data Migration: Oversee complex historical data migration, mapping, and cleansing from legacy systems into clean ServiceTitan databases.
• Onboarding & Adoption: Design and execute post-launch stabilization plans, monitoring user adoption metrics to ensure a seamless operational transition.

ServiceTitan Pro Implementation

• Pro Module Rollouts: Own the scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment of premium ServiceTitan Pro features, including Marketing Pro, Pricebook Pro, Dispatch Pro, and Phones Pro.
• Workflow Customization: Build out custom automations, SMS notification triggers, and advanced marketing campaign tracking to maximize the ROI of Pro features.
• Optimization: Audit existing workflows to ensure field technicians and office staff are utilizing advanced Pro capabilities to their maximum capacity.

Enterprise Hub Strategy & Multi-Location Management

• Enterprise Hub Architecture: Configure and maintain ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub to support corporate oversight while allowing localized business unit flexibility.
• Standardized Controls: Establish and enforce global corporate settings, master pricebooks, permissions, and operational standards across all business units.
• Consolidated Reporting: Design enterprise-level dashboards and cross-divisional reporting structures to give executive leadership complete visibility into multi-unit performance.

Software Integration, API & Technical Coordination

• Manage software integration projects connecting ServiceTitan with peripheral enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs, payroll software, CRMs, and custom BI reporting engines).
• Collaborate with developers and third-party IT partners to define API requirements and ensure seamless, automated data flows.
• Validate integration accuracy, data integrity, and compliance through rigorous quality assurance testing.

Secondary Support: Project Management & Communications

• Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or hybrid models) to organize timelines, track deliverables, and manage risks for all software-related initiatives.
• Translate highly technical ServiceTitan functionality and configuration logic into business-friendly language for stakeholders and department leaders.
• Support change management by developing clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), specialized training guides, and deployment roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Expertise: 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator, Power User, or Implementation Consultant.
• Launch Experience: Proven track record of leading at least one full-scale, ground-up ServiceTitan software launch and business rollout.
• Enterprise Hub Mastery: Direct experience setting up, structuring, and managing operations within the ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub environment.
• Pro Features Portfolio: Demonstrated success implementing and managing ServiceTitan Pro modules (e.g., Marketing Pro, Pricebook Pro, Phones Pro, or Dispatch Pro).
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work full-time, in-office at our corporate location.
• Strong technical acumen regarding software configurations, custom reporting filters, database logic, and API data sharing.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional software initiatives.

Secondary / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying PMP, Agile, or formal project management standards to technology implementations.
• Background in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or broader home services industry.
• Experience integrating ServiceTitan data with standard corporate accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) or payroll systems (e.g., Paychex, ADP).
• Background in change management or instructional design for software training.
