- 1 1 Strategic Mentorship Forge a dedicated partnership over approximately six months, providing bespoke advice and actionable feedback to help a mentee achieve specific career milestones. (Commitment 2–5 hours weekly)
- Group Collaborative Leadership Facilitate dynamic group sessions or serve on panels, fostering a community of shared learning through monthly themes relevant to veteran transitions. (Commitment 3–5 hours weekly)
- "On-Call" Expert Advisor Serve as a subject-matter expert by responding to specific mentee inquiries via email and providing timely insights when needed most. (Commitment Flexible)

- Requirements Fluent in English, access to a computer/internet, and two professional references.
