Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for each equipment. This is an entry-level, full-time on-site positions located in Sidney, OH. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and following safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the coating/slurry/slitting equipment and follow process guidelines to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Monitor the production line and assist in resolving any issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Conduct routine inspections and immediately address or report any safety or quality concerns.
- Complete and maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
- Perform cycle cleaning of equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area/warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Identify equipment issues and notify the supervisor or team leader for repairs.
- Be willing to assist in other departments or complete additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in machine operating or manufacturing is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- May involve lifting, bending, and exposure to a manufacturing environment.
- Compliance with all safety and production regulations the company requires.
