Join the Victory team as a Payroll Specialist & Administrative Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our payroll processes. In this vital role, you will support accurate payroll management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting, human resources, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll transactions accurately using Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions ensuring timely and precise employee payments.
- Manage data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits administration, and employee records in ECI Job Boss 2 platform.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, supporting the organization’s financial health.
- Support the Office Manager with miscellaneous clerical tasks including customer quotations, order entry, and open orders tracking.
Skills
- Experience with financial software like QuickBooks or similar tools for bookkeeping and analysis.
- Knowledge of human resources processes, such as maintaining personnel files, record keeping and managing employee relations.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exercises discretion in and out of the workplace
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
