Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 Annually
SelecSource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of an aerospace manufacturing facility in Vidalia, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively support leadership, production teams, compliance functions, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities
• Supporting accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and expense tracking
• Assisting with HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and recruiting
• Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting audits
• Coordinating meetings, travel, reports, and internal communications
• Handling shipping and logistics including UPS/FedEx shipments and freight coordination
Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of office management or administrative leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated industry experience
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or OSHA standards
• HR support and document control experience
