General Labor – Outdoor Installation (Tents)

Job Summary:
SelecSource is hiring General Labor Associates for outdoor tent installation project. This role involves setting up and installing event equipment in an outdoor environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and breakdown of tents and event equipment
- Use hand tools to assemble and secure structures
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience using hand tools required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
