On-Site Manager

Overview

SelecSource is seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager with a strong background in recruiting, staffing operations, and performance management within the food manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing workforce performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful staffing support for our client facility in Lyons, GA.

Essential Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified employees
• Fill client job orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client leadership
• Manage daily on-site operations and associate performance
• Conduct attendance tracking, coaching, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
• Attend client meetings regarding production, planning, and staffing needs
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts through job boards, community outreach, job fairs, and networking
• Administer orientations, background checks, and drug screenings
• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records in ATS software
• Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations
• Assist with workers’ compensation procedures and incident reporting
• Partner with internal leadership and HR teams to support operational goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management required
• Food manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and employee relationships
• College degree preferred but not required
