Overview
SelecSource is seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager with a strong background in recruiting, staffing operations, and performance management within the food manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing workforce performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful staffing support for our client facility in Lyons, GA.

Essential Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified employees
- Fill client job orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client leadership
- Manage daily on-site operations and associate performance
- Conduct attendance tracking, coaching, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Attend client meetings regarding production, planning, and staffing needs
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting efforts through job boards, community outreach, job fairs, and networking
- Administer orientations, background checks, and drug screenings
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records in ATS software
- Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations
- Assist with workers’ compensation procedures and incident reporting
- Partner with internal leadership and HR teams to support operational goals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management required
- Food manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client and employee relationships
- College degree preferred but not required
