Property Accounting – Broward
We are working with a growing real estate organization looking to add an experienced accounting professional to its team. This is a hands-on opportunity with exposure to a diverse portfolio and continued growth.
What we’re looking for:
• 3 years of accounting experience
• Commercial real estate/property accounting experience required
• Multifamily experience with exposure to CAM reconciliations
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis
• Knowledge of CAM, tenant billings, expense recoveries and property-level accounting
• Yardi or similar property accounting software preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

🏢 Hybrid – 3 days in office
💰 Up to $105K, depending on experience.
