Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of business strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
- Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strategic reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Provide recommendations that support organizational growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Financial & Operational Analysis
- Build and maintain complex financial and operational models to support business decisions.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Evaluate investments, business initiatives, and operational performance using financial metrics and ROI analysis.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.
- Executive Decision Support
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-level presentations and business cases for leadership review.
- Present findings and strategic insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and sound business judgment.
- Project & Initiative Management
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business leaders to execute key priorities.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic finance, business planning, consulting, FP&A, analytics, or a related function.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and influencing business decisions.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into meaningful business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
