This position allows you to immediately contribute to meaningful work for sophisticated clients while continuing to grow professionally. The role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office, but may also be based in Tampa, offered on a hybrid schedule, or fully remote for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
- Handle third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters from inception through resolution
- Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
- Represent insurers in coverage litigation and related bad faith proceedings
- Analyze complex factual and legal issues and develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys while taking ownership of assigned matters
- Active Florida law license in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters
- Experience drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
- Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work product
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Federal court experience preferred
