The Role

Associates in this role manage their own case assignments and are trusted to handle matters from inception through resolution, with guidance and collaboration from experienced partners.
The work spans both personal and commercial lines of insurance, including:
- Residential and commercial property claims
- Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage
- Commercial and business insurance coverages
What You’ll Do
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing autonomy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and case strategy
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys
- Develop strong trial-ready litigation skills in a supportive environment
- Active Colorado law license (required)
- Texas license strongly preferred
- Solid legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
