Residential Roofing Sales Representative

High income potential. Paid weekly. Uncapped earnings. Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.

This is an outside sales opportunity with a clear path forward. You'll meet homeowners across the Huntsville, AL area, provide retail estimates for roof replacements and repairs, and — when a home has taken storm damage — help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process most of them have never dealt with before. When a project closes, you're paid. There's no ceiling on what you can earn.

Our training model is built to put you at $125,000 in your first year, and our top representatives have earned well over $200,000.

No degree or prior experience required. If you're new to the industry, we'll train you on residential roofing, the claims process, and the sales approach. If you're already experienced in door-to-door sales or roofing, you'll have a running start — and we move quickly on candidates who do.

What you'll need

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, competitive work ethic — this role rewards effort directly
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Comfort working outdoors, walking neighborhoods, climbing ladders, and accessing rooftops
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales, canvassing, or roofing experience preferred but not required
