B&A Roofing is a full exterior renovation and storm restoration company serving Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee. Roofing is where we started, but today we handle the entire outside of the home, so our reps have more to offer every homeowner they meet. We’ve doubled revenue year over year, passing $12 million in annual revenue, and we’re on track to reach $30 million. To keep up with demand, we’re adding 3–5 sales representatives to our Alabama team.
The Role
When storms hit, homeowners need someone they can trust. You’ll be that person: inspecting homes for hail and wind damage, explaining what you find, guiding homeowners through the claims and restoration process, and seeing each project through from first inspection to finished exterior.
No roofing or sales experience is needed. That’s what our training program is for.
Our 8-Week Hands-On Training Program
We don’t hand you a clipboard and wish you luck. Every new rep goes through an 8-week program built to set you up for success:
- Learn storm damage inspection, measuring, and estimating in the field
- Shadow experienced reps on real inspections and homeowner meetings
- Understand the claims and restoration process from start to finish
- Master ladder and roof safety before you ever go up on your own
- Practice door-to-door outreach and learn to build a referral pipeline
- Run your own appointments with coaching and feedback along the way
By the end, you’ll have the skills and confidence to manage your own territory.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and photograph homes for hail, wind, and storm damage
- Meet with homeowners face-to-face to explain repairs and next steps
- Present solutions across our full line of exterior services
- Build your pipeline through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
- Measure homes and prepare estimates using company tools
- Close contracts and stay involved through project completion
- Represent our company with honesty and professionalism
Earnings
- 100% commission, uncapped
- Top first-year reps earn $100K
