Three Stone Roofing is expanding into Huntsville, Alabama, and we are looking for a professional, driven Residential Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, understands construction, enjoys working in the field, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality experience for homeowners.

Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring every project is executed professionally, efficiently, safely, and to the standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential roofing projects during active construction
• Coordinate with roofing crews, trade partners, suppliers, and internal production staff
• Conduct pre-build inspections when required
• Review project scope, measurements, materials, and job-specific requirements before production
• Ensure crews understand the scope of work and Three Stone installation standards
• Maintain an active presence in the field throughout project execution
• Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure roofing systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, applicable building codes, and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Ensure proper protection of customers' homes, landscaping, driveways, and surrounding property
• Coordinate specialty trades associated with residential projects when needed
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and updates in company systems
• Work closely with production and quality-control teams to ensure projects move efficiently through completion
• Address field issues involving crews, materials, workmanship, or unforeseen conditions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, trade partners, vendors, and internal team members
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or customer experience

Preferred Experience

• Residential roofing experience strongly preferred
• Roofing Project Management or Construction Project Management experience preferred
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
• Experience managing crews
• Knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing systems
• Familiarity with flashing, ventilation, decking, underlayment, and manufacturer installation requirements
• Experience with siding, gutters, metal roofing, painting, or other exterior trades is a plus
• Experience with construction management software or CRMs is a plus

Strong candidates with a solid construction background and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely climb ladders and access residential roofs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area
