We operate at a high level, with a strong residential roofing division supported by dedicated Project Managers, Quality Control, production leadership, and administrative teams.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can help us execute that standard every day.

The Role

The Production Manager is a key operational leader responsible for helping move residential roofing and exterior projects from approval through production and completion.

This is a hands-on operational leadership position that combines production planning, problem-solving, team coordination, and project oversight. The right person will have a strong understanding of construction operations, excellent organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces without allowing details to fall through the cracks.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, roofing crews, trade partners, Quality Control team, sales team, suppliers, and leadership to keep projects moving and ensure our customers receive the level of execution Three Stone expects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily residential production schedule
• Maintain clear visibility into every project moving through the production pipeline
• Coordinate roofing crews and exterior trade partners based on workload, capacity, location, and project requirements
• Order and coordinate project materials accurately and on time
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are fully prepared before installation
• Manage weather delays, schedule changes, crew adjustments, and other day-to-day production challenges
• Ensure permits, HOA requirements, material needs, and project-specific requirements are addressed before production
• Maintain accurate project notes, dates, statuses, and next actions within our CRM and Production Dashboard
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling and production updates when required
• Identify stalled projects and take ownership of moving them forward
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control to ensure completed projects move efficiently through inspection, repairs, closeout, and billing
• Hold crews and trade partners accountable to Three Stone's workmanship, cleanliness, professionalism, and service standards
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and make sound operational decisions
• Help improve processes, efficiency, capacity, and overall production performance as the company continues to grow

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of construction, roofing, restoration, or production-management experience preferred
• Residential roofing experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing subcontractor crews and multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with scheduling, material ordering, job costing, production coordination, or construction operations
• Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
• AccuLynx experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and exterior construction is highly beneficial

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
