POSITION – Rubber Molding Operator
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm
STARTING PAY – $18.00 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous machine operating experience required
As a Rubber Molding Operator, you will be working in a warm, fast-paced manufacturing environment operating molding machines to produce rubber components. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to keep up with production demands.
Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding machines to produce quality parts
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Trim or finish molded parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience is required
- Ability to work in a warm and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift repetitively
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
