POSITION – General Labor/Machinist
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $18-21 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operate machines according to specifications
2. Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly
3. Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
4. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
6. Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance
7.Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges to measure parts and make adjustments
8.Operate various machines including CNC and Laser.
9.Cross train and become forklift certified
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in metal.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
-Forklift experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
