POSITION – Foundry Pouring Department
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2:00am to 10:00am, Monday–Friday
STARTING PAY – $19.80 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No prior experience needed; will train the right candidate
As a Foundry Pouring Department team member, you will work in a production environment handling molten metal pouring operations, assisting with molds, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow. This position offers advancement opportunities for individuals who are reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the pouring of molten metal into molds
- Monitor equipment and molds during the process
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform other foundry-related tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow detailed instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced environment
- Prior manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
