POSITION – General Technician Machine Operator
JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Falls, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Days or Overnights
Shift 1 (7am-7:15pm, Sun, Mon, Tues, plus every other Wed)
Shift 2 (7pm-7:15am, Sun, Mon, Tues, plus every other Sat)
Shift 3 (7am-7:15pm, Thurs-Sat plus every other Wed)
Shift 4 (7pm-7:15am, Wed-Fri plus every other Sat)
STARTING PAY – $18.00 - $19.80 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Nothing specific, but solid, recent work history is needed
Employees will be in charge of operating 14-15 injection molding machines which will involve but not limited to walking, standing, squatting through the majority of a 12 hour shift. Employees will operate auxiliary equipment, inspect product, and package and label parts per work instructions and customer requirements. You have the choice of day or night 12-hour shifts working as General Technician operating injection molding machines while on a 4/3 schedule (4 days on, 3 days off) in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate 14-15 injection molding machines
- Operate auxiliary equipment
- Inspect parts per work instructions
- Package and label parts per work instructions and customer requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills
