Molding Operator | 1st Shift | Port Washington, WI

Location: Port Washington, WI
Starting Date: Immediate
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

Position Overview
As a Molding Operator, you will work in a manufacturing environment focusing on the production of rubber parts. This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying busy and seeing a tangible finished product at the end of their shift. We are willing to train the right candidate!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Production: Removing rubber parts from molds in a timely manner.
- Finishing: Trimming excess material to meet specific product dimensions.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects to ensure they meet high standards.
- Maintenance: Keeping your work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Reliability: Ability to maintain consistent attendance for the 5:00 AM start.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for quality and precision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and use hand tools effectively.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attitude: A willingness to learn and be trained on specialized manufacturing processes.
