You will use precision measuring tools, document quality results, support audits, and assist with continuous improvement efforts across the facility.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all products meet company and customer quality standards.Perform detailed inspections of materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.Identify, document, and report quality issues.Collaborate with the Director of Quality on process and product improvements.Use measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and quality procedures.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; quality experience strongly preferred.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in basic math, including measurement conversions and data interpretation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to use quality tools and read technical drawings.Ability to work independently and within a team.Must meet physical demands of the role.Please send your resume to waukesha@seekcareers.com.
