Position – Packer
Job Location – Menomonee Falls, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17-$17.50 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience with order picking or manufacturing
Responsibilities
-Weigh and package welding rods
-Visually inspect, weigh and pack the finished product per job routing
-Meet or exceed productivity requirements, as well as meet quality standards with minimal rework
-Assist with rework, repacking, and special packaging projects
-Operate packaging equipment and tools as required
-Inspect products and packaging for quality defects
Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED required
-At least 1 years of order picking/packaging experience
-Ability to read routings and bill of materials
-Pallet Jack and/or Fork Truck experience preferred but not required
-Basic computer skills/basic understanding of data entry
-Excellent hand-eye coordination and close attention to detail required
