Position – Material handler
Job Location – Ripon, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shift openings
Starting Pay – $18 to $19 per hour
Required Experience – Prior forklift experience
Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods to and from production areas.
- Load and unload trailers, stage inventory, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, staging carts, etc.).
- Keep staging areas and production lines organized and supplied.
- Cross-Train & Assist: Be ready to step in, cross-train, and support other departments ( assembly, packaging, or shipping/receiving) as production demands shift.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong team-player attitude with a willingness to learn multiple departments and tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull inventory safely throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Safety-first mindset.
- Shift Flexibility: Choose between 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
- Skill Growth: Opportunities to cross-train across different departments to expand your skill set and keep your workday varied.
