Warehouse Worker
Looking for a fast-paced position with competitive pay and predictable hours? We are hiring full-time Warehouse Workers for a premier distribution center in the Fox Valley area.
Position – Warehouse Worker
Job Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd and 3rd shift
Starting Pay – $20 to $22
Required Experience – Prior forklift experience needed
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory.
- Inbound & Outbound: Load and unload shipments, verify cargo against packing slips, and stage products for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Stock shelves, restock pick locations, and assist with inventory counts to keep warehouse records up to date.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and adhere to all facility safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Dependability: Strong work ethic with a history of solid attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort working on your feet for full shifts and the ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, RF scanner, or forklift experience is preferred (willing to train motivated candidates).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to read order sheets accurately and process inventory efficiently.
