Position – Drywall Sprayer
Job Location – Lake Mills, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:45am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $22 - $28 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare walls, ceilings, and surrounding areas for spraying, including masking and protecting surfaces
• Operate spray equipment to apply texture drywall finishes consistently and efficiently
• Ensure finished surfaces meet project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Inspect work for quality and correct imperfections as needed
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisor to support project timelines
• Loading/ unloading of materials, equipment, and tools
• Training of new hires as needed
Qualifications
• Driver's License
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment & methods used in spray applications
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs
• 2 years of spraying experience preferred
