JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare walls,
ceilings, and surrounding areas for spraying, including masking and
protecting surfaces Operate spray equipment to apply texture drywall
finishes consistently and efficiently Ensure finished surfaces meet
project specifications and quality standards Maintain clean, organized,
and safe work areas Inspect work for quality and correct imperfections
as needed Coordinate with crew members and supervisor to support project
timelines Loading/ unloading of materials, equipment, and tools Training
of new hires as needed \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications Ability to lift 60 lbs. Attention to detail Knowledge of
materials, tools, equipment & methods used in spray applications Ability
to operate a forklift Ability to lift to 60 lbs All levels of experience

climb stairs, and move through active construction sites for extended
periods Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly Ability to
work with hands above shoulder level for long periods of time Ability to

construction materials Comfortable working in dusty environments and
