CNC Set Up / Programming
📍 Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
💰 Pay: Twenty-three to twenty-seven dollars per hour plus, based on experience

We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Set Up / Machinists to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts, working with both small and large lathes, milling, and turning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes and milling machines
- Perform milling, turning, and other machining operations according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC lathes and mills, including small and large equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of milling, turning, and other machining processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
