HVAC Service Technician
Tampa, FL | $25–$45 per hour, based on experience

We are working with a leading HVAC service company serving the Tampa Metro area is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who takes pride in troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to support reliable system operation.
- Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related problems.
- Clearly explain service findings and recommended repairs to customers.
- Complete accurate service records and maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Follow company procedures and established safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience servicing and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electrical controls and refrigeration systems.
- EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the equipment serviced.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for company vehicle use.
- Dependable attendance and a commitment to quality service.
