Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Account Manager with Securitas in Nashville, you will oversee security operations at two client locations, leading teams, building strong client relationships, and shaping how security is delivered day to day. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a law enforcement or military background who wants to move into, or grow within, corporate security leadership.
You will have the support of a large, stable company, while still having the autonomy to run your sites, develop your people, and build your own success story. You will lead security operations at two client locations in the Nashville area, act as the main point of contact for the client, and represent Securitas on-site. You will build strong relationships by living our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, manage staffing and scheduling, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure reliable coverage. You will coach, mentor, and develop your security team so they perform at their best, monitor performance, address issues quickly, and keep service levels high. You will also oversee payroll, billing, and basic financials for your sites and work closely with Securitas leadership to improve processes and support future growth.

We are looking for someone with prior law enforcement or military experience, which is required for this role. You must be able to bring leadership experience in security, operations, or a similar field. You should be comfortable leading teams, solving problems, and making decisions, and able to build trust with both clients and employees. You need to be organized, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable using basic technology such as email, systems, and reporting tools. Your background can include an associate degree plus three to five years of leadership experience in security or operations, or six to eight years of directly related experience with increasing responsibility. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will also be considered.
