Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. We are seeking a highly professional Mezzanine Security Officer to support a fast‑paced, high‑expectation corporate environment. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a polished, composed presence while monitoring mezzanine‑level activity and assisting employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the mezzanine level
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and guests
- Monitor foot traffic, access points, and overall activity in assigned areas
- Assist with directions, inquiries, and general support for corporate staff
- Enforce building policies with a service‑oriented, solutions‑focused approach
- Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, following established protocols
- Document daily activity, observations, and any unusual occurrences
- Communicate effectively with lobby officers, supervisors, and building management
Qualifications
- Strong customer service background required; corporate or hospitality experience preferred
- Prior security experience in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate setting
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and composed throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
