Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Fully prep menu ingredients
- Prepare menu items according to recipe while following food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized work space and shared service areas
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed
- Maintain an upbeat demeanor during high volume

Experience, Skills, and Requirements
- At least two years of prior cooking experience in a high volume venue
- Proficient in cooking techniques and kitchen practices
- Prioritizes cleaning and sanitation
- Ability to follow a recipe and maintain portion control
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Must have active ServSafe certification
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work for extended time periods in outdoor conditions
