About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and ambitious Marketing Associate to join our team in New Bedford, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for students graduating this year or recent college graduates who are eager to launch their marketing careers. You’ll support a wide range of marketing initiatives—from social media content to community outreach—while learning hands-on skills from an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms; monitor engagement and assist in growing our online presence.
• Community Outreach: Represent our brand at local events, support partnerships, and foster connections with community organizations.
• Ad Campaign Support: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing digital and print advertising campaigns.
• Copywriting: Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, website pages, and promotional materials.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use basic analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop fresh ideas for content, branding, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)—coursework or internship experience welcomed.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience running or assisting with paid ad campaigns.
