• Process transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed.
• Answer phone calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
• Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers or POS systems.
