• Complete comprehensive patient assessments.

• Develop and manage individualized plans of care.

• Educate and support patients and families.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team.

• Advocate for comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri   CPR.

• 1–2 years clinical experience preferred (hospice, home health, geriatric, or acute care).

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Reliable transportation.
