What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with each patient’s personalized plan of care
- Partner closely with RNs for effective pain and symptom management
- Educate, support, and comfort patients and their families during end-of-life care
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team—including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more—to ensure holistic support
What You’ll Need
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- 3 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Most importantly—a heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference
