What a typical day looks like
- Hit the road to multiple homes, efficiently diagnosing and repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, earning trust through clear communication and quality workmanship
- Recommend value-added solutions that help keep homes clean, comfortable, and protected
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked company vehicle and help manage parts effectively
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and our customers
Pay and benefits
- $18 - $30 / hourly base rate, based on experience, certification, and location

What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using diagnostic and repair tools
- Hands-on experience servicing a range of home appliances preferred
- Commitment to process, safety, and quality standards
- Comfort using a smartphone for tasks such as ordering parts
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work
- Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours with required overtime
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation to solve problems and complete tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical capability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to constantly reach outward, handle and finger objects, stand, walk, sit, and type; frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; and occasionally reach above shoulder
- Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicle
