What you’ll do
- Travel to multiple customer locations daily to diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations
- Recommend value-added solutions that help keep homes clean, comfortable, and protected
- Maintain and organize your company truck; manage parts efficiently and accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation and rewards
- Hourly base rate: $18 - $30, depending on experience, certification, and location

What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with testing and repair tools
- Experience diagnosing and repairing a range of home appliances (preferred)
- Ability to follow directions and processes to ensure quality workmanship
- Comfort using a smartphone, including for ordering parts
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work
- Willingness to travel up to 100%
- Flexible schedule with ability to work variable hours, including required overtime
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation to solve problems and complete tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical capability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to constantly reach outward; handle and finger objects; stand, walk, sit, and type using a keyboard
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl
- Ability to occasionally reach above shoulder height
- Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
