Your impact

• Troubleshoot and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves.
• Use electrical and mechanical testing methods to find root causes and fix them right the first time.
• Educate customers on repair decisions and preventive care, ensuring a great experience.
• Track parts, maintain your service vehicle, and submit timely, accurate job documentation.
• Provide recommendations that help customers protect and extend the life of their appliances.

What it takes

• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting capability.
• Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, HVAC, or similar technical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and strong driving record.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work actively throughout the day.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
