Junior High Counselor Secretary

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Secretary III

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma and appropriate specialized training.

REPORTS TO: Designated Supervisor

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs office routines and practices necessary for a productive and smoothly run office.
• Takes and transcribes dictation of various types, including correspondence, reports, notices, and recommendations.
• Receives, places and routes calls as appropriate and records messages if needed.
• Prepares reports, maintains records, files, and expends funds in accordance with supervisor's directions.
• Orders and maintains supplies as needed or required by the supervisor.
• Performs bookkeeping tasks assiciated with the specific position or special assignments.
• Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form
