QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma and appropriate specialized training.
REPORTS TO: Designated Supervisor
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs office routines and practices necessary for a productive and smoothly run office.
- Takes and transcribes dictation of various types, including correspondence, reports, notices, and recommendations.
- Receives, places and routes calls as appropriate and records messages if needed.
- Prepares reports, maintains records, files, and expends funds in accordance with supervisor's directions.
- Orders and maintains supplies as needed or required by the supervisor.
- Performs bookkeeping tasks assiciated with the specific position or special assignments.
- Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form
