Actively seeking a Legal Billing Senior Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have experience in legal billing, experience with Aderant or 3E billing systems, as well as proficiency in Excel and Word.

Location: Role can be located in New York or Washington, DC.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $85 - $115K (Commensurate w/Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Legal Billing within a Law Firm
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience, including Excel
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills to be able to make presentations and put together analytical reports
- Experience with Aderant or Elite 3E Billing Systems

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain firm master files in client and third-party vendor systems
- Submit and coordinate client invoices to clients
- Experience working directly with assigned partners
- Regularly monitor the statuses of invoices
- Work with the team to correct and resubmit invoices to clients
- Analyze and submit timekeepers and rates for client approval
- Assist with the review of client billing guidelines
