Job Description

  • Oversee all investment castings operations, encompassing manufacturing planning, execution, lean initiatives, KPIs, and safety programs
  • Directly manage a team of 3–6 Production Managers, providing leadership and strategic direction
  • Drive production performance and develop strategic plans aligned with the Plant Manager's objectives
  • Champion lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement across operations

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Production Managers
