- Drive the adoption and utilization of ERP/CIM systems across the organization
- Manage the end-to-end process flow of production and ensure schedule adherence
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable to production schedules and delivery targets
- Lead and manage a team including a Master Scheduler, 2 Planners, 2 Buyers, and an Assistant Material Manager with performance reporting responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership and accountability in a manufacturing environment;
- Strong ERP system experience, ideally gained within a larger company or plant setting
- Injection molding and plastics industry experience highly preferred
