- Oversee and direct 4–5 production supervisors within an investment casting manufacturing plant
- Lead planning, development, and implementation of methods and procedures to optimize plant operations
- Drive initiatives to minimize costs and improve labor and material usage efficiency
- Ensure consistent production performance across the 2nd shift operation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing plant environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (BAcl)
