What You’ll Be Doing
- Own key aspects of the month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain the general ledger and analyze budget vs. actuals
- Serve as the primary accounting contact for 2–3 operating entities
- Manage cash forecasting and projections (daily/monthly)
- Research technical accounting issues and partner closely with the Controller
- Prepare and review quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules
- Help drive best practices across accounting processes
- Support cross-functional finance and accounting projects
✅ What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2 years of progressive corporate accounting or public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience with software / SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
